Job Summary
A business process outsourcing multinational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Recruiting Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting Recruiters in managing post-offer process for internal and external candidates
- Responding to candidate inquiries via email, SMS/Text or telephone
- Providing fast-paced, deadline-driven administrative support to the recruiting team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-4 years administrative support experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, multitask and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
