A business process outsourcing multinational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Recruiting Administrative Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting Recruiters in managing post-offer process for internal and external candidates
  • Responding to candidate inquiries via email, SMS/Text or telephone
  • Providing fast-paced, deadline-driven administrative support to the recruiting team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-4 years administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, multitask and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Strong skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
