Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote HR Recruiting Coordinator in Boulder.
Must be able to:
- Prepare documentation pertaining to all phases of the employee life cycle
- Maintain up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records
- Assist with HR processes and cycles including salary planning, succession planning, talent management and benefits
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of HR & recruiting work experience
- Knowledge of American HR policies, laws, and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant work experience in a fast-paced startup
