Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas
- Investigate and resolve general issues related to HR processes and procedures
- Perform HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, etc
- A High School diploma with 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role
- The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service experience
- Demonstrated decision making skills, excellent telephone communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and work in a face paced work environment
