Job Summary

A workforce management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Extensively supporting planning and delivery of annual focal process (Compensation Review activity)
  • Conducting compensation data and design for all special/one off Compensation projects
  • Supporting and advising HR partners on all compensation queries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Desirable degree and or Masters in Finance / Maths/ Business
  • At least 4 years experience gained in a relevant Compensation analytical role
  • Must have global experience
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Consultative mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly detailed oriented with a strong sense of accountability
