Job Summary
A workforce management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Senior Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Extensively supporting planning and delivery of annual focal process (Compensation Review activity)
- Conducting compensation data and design for all special/one off Compensation projects
- Supporting and advising HR partners on all compensation queries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Desirable degree and or Masters in Finance / Maths/ Business
- At least 4 years experience gained in a relevant Compensation analytical role
- Must have global experience
- Advanced Excel experience
- Consultative mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly detailed oriented with a strong sense of accountability
