Remote HR Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

A medical group specializing in acute care solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HR Shared Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Using a case management tool for recording and administering requests and may assist other service center employees with opening, recording, processing or closing cases
• Seeking guidance or transfer more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests to the Tier 2 functional support
• Assisting Manager, HR Shared Services with establishing and improving upon defined HR procedures and process methods to efficiently and accurately meet performance goals

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
• Aptitude for learning new systems
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills including the ability to adapt and evolve as situations arise
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data in an accurate, timely and meaningful manner
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
