Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote HR Software Product Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing outstanding, solution-oriented customer service
- Listening to customer problems, coming up with the right solution
- Identifying and trying to resolve customer queries and requests, escalating them to third level support if necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to liaise with internal stakeholders to drive user requests
- Having experience in customer support or service
- Ability to identify errors/bugs in code, query SQL databases and be able to diagnose issues on the spot
