Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote HR Software Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the foundational Training and Sales Enablement program services
- Effectively collaborating with other Training and Sales Enablement team members
- Engaging with Account Executives and/or Sales Development Representatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years of sales related experience
- You are proficient in Google Suites/Microsoft product stack
- You have a foundational understanding of sales methodologies and tools
- You have experience with process analysis and your process management skills are excellent
- You love projects that let you deploy your planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
- Your training and coaching skills are not only strong
