Job Summary

To support a fast-paced customer service team, the full-time Remote HR Support Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and document interactions while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce to manage customer information and complete daily assignments
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Previous Human Resources experience is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred
