Job Summary
To support a fast-paced customer service team, the full-time Remote HR Support Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and document interactions while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance
- Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce to manage customer information and complete daily assignments
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of customer service or call center experience
- Previous Human Resources experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred
