Job Summary

A software technology platform is seeking a Remote HR Systems and Reporting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving functionality of HR systems
  • Providing subject matter and expertise
  • Supporting Workday users by troubleshooting problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM and Recruiting
  • Total of 8+ years of experience in related field
  • Strong functional Human Resource knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting systems and driving efficiencies
  • Track record of developing and managing systems and reporting
