A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote HR Systems and Solutions Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the development of business cases for new service enhancements and technology
- Elicit and analyze requests identified by business stakeholders
- Communicate functional requirements by preparing the appropriate artifacts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Doctorate degree, OR
- Master's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience, OR
- Associates degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience
