Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Systems Architecture Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create frameworks of applications using new technologies
  • Train and mentor technical staff on use of new technologies or new functions within existing technologies
  • Provide technical and architectural leadership to multiple, cross-disciplinary projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors Computer and Information Science (Required)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with HR Systems configuration, operations and upgrades
  • Significant experience with performance measurement and capacity planning methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of database security, local and remote device communications
  • Relevant experience in performance tuning and optimization
