Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HR Systems Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping deliver high priority projects within our HR systems ecosystem to support company's rapid growth
• Developing, managing and maintaining the project plan
• Setting mutually-agreed upon project timelines and evaluating milestones

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of project management experience in HR/Recruiting
• Consistent track record of running enterprise-wide and multi-disciplinary projects and change initiatives (full SDLC)
• Proficiency of project management methodologies, organizational change principles, tools and leading practices
• Experience with Asana, gSuite
• Ability to run the risk, action item, issue and key decision log
• Ability to deliver status reports to senior management on a regular basis
