Job Summary
A global business services company has a current position open for a Remote HR Technology Payroll and Timekeeping Director in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Set technology strategy and roadmap for Payroll and Timekeeping
- Design approach to functional needs and convert those needs into solutions and tools to support and enable the business
- Establish roadmap and sequencing for technology installations and functional capabilities and enhancements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel: Yes, 5 % of the Time
- 10+ years’ experience with HR technologies
- 5+ experience with PeopleSoft HRMS or Workday/Oracle HCM 5+ years of experience 8.0 or above
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education
- Kronos knowledge including basic configuration interpretation and ability to read and interpret Kronos terms
- Demonstrate proficiency and interpret basic payroll concepts
