Job Summary

A leading social media company is filling a position for a Remote HRBP Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Employ operational discipline partnering with the People Ops and Compensation teams to ensure accuracy in organizational hierarchy, pay, title, and level
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners and HR Operations to create new and/or improve existing processes
  • Run data reports and provide basic analytics as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Excited to learn all things HR
  • Motivated by complexity and challenges, and keeping the status quo is your worst nightmare
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Associate
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
  • BA/BS in business administration, psychology or other related disciplines
