Job Summary

A health information technology company is seeking a Remote HRIS Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Identify data/information gaps
  • Drive regular audits on HR data
  • Provide project management support for HR programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or related Human Resource role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Or 8 years' experience in lieu of a degree
  • You have demonstrated advanced level Excel skills
  • You can handle multiple projects and re-prioritize work activities as needs change in fast- paced environment
