Job Summary
A healthcare consulting company is seeking a Remote HRIS Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with design and maintenance of HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs
- Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
- Research and resolve HRIS related problems, unexpected results or process flaws
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience administering Workday for 3-5 years
- Expertise configuring business processes, reports and security
- Experience working with Workday integrations would be considered an asset
- Ability to identify processes that require improvement and deliver a scalable solution that solves the problem
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
- Ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS by performing regular audits on HR data, HR processes and documents
