Job Summary
An IT solution company is filling a position for a Remote HRIS Analyst Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation and/or team training materials as needed
- Implement and maintain human resources information systems and related policies and procedures
- Maintain, develops, and revises all manuals, foundational tables, code lists, and documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with Recruiting, HCM/HRIS and Payroll systems
- 1+ years of HRIS experience with a Bachelor's degree; 2+ years with equivalent experience
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Suite of products
- Ability to develop reports and analyze data accurately and thoroughly
- Technical aptitude and expertise
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
