Job Summary

A manufacturer of hydraulic tools and attachments has a current position open for a Remote HRIS Analyst in Akron.

Must be able to:

• Facilitate organizational and process changes
• Provide tactical support for all data & payroll requests
• Follow-up and provide continuous feedback, guidance, and information

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business discipline
• 2-4 years of diverse HR experience with a focus on data, particularly in Shared Services and/or HRIS (
• Knowledge of applicable industry standard methodologies, laws and regulations, and data analysis processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Oracle - PeopleSoft & Workday HCM applications
• Ability to create HR dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau knowledge is preferred
