Job Summary

An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote HRIS Analyst Principal in Reston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting all HR systems & technology-related initiatives related to HRIS, including Oracle HCM Cloud & Oracle Taleo Recruiting
  • Analyzing business & organizational needs & working with vendors and/or business process owners to design system specifications
  • Recommending, conducting testing, implementing & plans for improvements, enhancements & new applications to the system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer science, HR, business or related field and nine (9) years or more experience
  • OR Masters and seven (7) years or more experience
  • Requires strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills within a pressure-filled, fast paced, environment
