Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years experience in HRIS and HR Operations roles of progressive responsibility
• Bachelor's or equivalent training in fields such as Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Executive-level presence with an ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships
• Experience driving one or more significant projects implementing HRIS
• Strong technical skills and an ability to learn technology tools quickly
• Significant and broad HR subject matter experience
