Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote HRIS Enterprise Reporting and Insights Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the Workday Reporting system expert and primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of dashboards
- Conduct long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company's evolving business applications landscape
- Partner with our HR team and other internal stakeholders to help them define solutions using Workday
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of HRIS experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of Workday experience
- Experience using data to create narratives with visualizations
- Minimum of 8+ years working in data analytics or related field
- Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix and composite reports
- Understand Workday security, SOX compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles
