Job Summary
A leading producer of foam innovation has a current position open for a Remote HRIS Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide expert level management and support of the company HRIS systems, including maintenance and systems integration
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows to process improvement opportunities
- Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources or related
- Minimum of 6 years of HRIS experience; ADP EV5, Workforce Now
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ADP Reporting
- Advanced HRIS knowledge with comprehensive knowledge of HR functional areas, specifically Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Talent platforms
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data requirements, including time and attendance configuration in union and non-union environments
- Effective organizational and project management skills with superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills
