Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HRIS Senior Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and maintain confidentiality of HR data
  • Develop and maintain reports related to headcount, recruiting, turnover and other ad-hoc business needs
  • Gather HRIS data using BI reporting tools or running SQL queries

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 5-7 years of direct HRIS experience
  • Direct Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) or similar Human Capital Management system required
