Remote HRIS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HRIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security standards within the HRIS
• Process employee data changes and troubleshoot system issues while supporting HRIS-enabled processes
• Conduct data audits and assist with payroll, reporting, and HRIS project tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or a similar role, with HCM experience preferred
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
