Job Summary

A fashion retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HRIS Supervisor in Seattle.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure team operates efficiently and effectively while meeting service level agreements
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise a large team
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security of information

Required Skills:

• 1+ year(s) experience leading a team of 10+ employees
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, wage and hour law, and human resources systems required
• Experience communicating complex HRIS and Payroll concepts to broad audiences across an organization
• Self-motivation is a must as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills, organization, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
