Job Summary
An e-commerce technology company has a current position open for a Remote HRIS System Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
- Use your continuous improvement mindset to ensure our systems are being utilized effectively and efficiently
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10 years of working experience as an analyst, system admin or similar type of position
- A strong detail orientation and analytical skillset
- Have Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with HRIS, HCM, and HRMS systems
- Have managed multiple software implementation projects
- Have the ability to work across various departments including Finance, Legal, IT, and HR
