Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote HRIS Workday Senior Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating collaboratively in obtaining and documenting business requirements
- Driving Workday HCM testing strategy by defining test scenarios and overseeing processes
- Maintaining the stability of HRIS systems by supporting Workday HCM
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related
- OR combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS and related systems
- Minimum 3 years in an HRIS related role with experience in Workday the following components
- 5 years human resources experience, compliance, benefit processes, data analysis, timekeeping and payroll.
- Knowledge of HRIS, HR policies, practices, procedures, Microsoft Office Suite
