Job Summary
A global provider of human resource services has an open position for a Remote HrX Assist Onboarding Support.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing new Customers in our hrX Assist ticketing tool
- Configuring a customer following the standard questionnaire
- Performing unit testing of the solution/changes and ensuring the testing is documented
