A consulting agency has an open position for a Remote Human Capital Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
• Building partnerships with leaders

Required Skills:

• Travel to company headquarters in Indianapolis approximately 10-15%
• Minimum 7 years' experience in leading a human capital team
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a global organization
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Capital working in large ($1B+) and small companies ($100M)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
