Job Summary
A benefits management solutions provider is seeking a Remote Human Capital Management and Electronic Data Interchange Integration Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining, driving and documenting the overall solution for the client
- Acting as a liaison to translate customer requirements and feedback to and from the customer and internal teams
- Refining requirements documents and gaining signoff based on feedback from the customer and internal engineering reviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of experience with data exchange
- Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design
- Experience with Carrier 834, Payroll, and HR/Census files
- Customer relationship management/consulting experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
