Job Summary
A non-profit aid organization is filling a position for a Remote Human Capital Management Business Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as business analyst
- Coordinating the implementation of new Enterprise Applications
- Coordinating testing of new and enhanced applications with staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related work experience
- Strong understand of the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
- Knowledge of applications including inventory, assets, payroll, HR, general accounting, procurement, and payables
- Ability to conduct research into packaged software-related issues and product
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
