A human resources company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Capital Management Integration Consultant II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather and understand a customer’s HRIS and Payroll Integration needs
- Facilitate discovery sessions, product overviews, training and implementation project meetings
- Create accurate, concise requirements documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience in software development and implementation environment
- Employee benefits, payroll, Human Resource Generalist, or software consulting experience
- Strong understanding of project implementation methodology and techniques
- Strong technical aptitude
