Job Summary

A consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Human Capital Management Practice Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in the company's marketing and sales initiatives with clients
• Engaging proactively with the company's Project Management Office, technical resources, and other internal support teams
• Improving clients’ implementation experiences

Position Requirements Include:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, mentoring and managing teams
• Proven management of Oracle HCM deployments and knowledge of HR business processes
• Possesses comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud offerings, as well as in-depth knowledge of particular modules
• Accomplished in developing and maintaining client relationships spanning functional managers to the C-Suite
• Demonstrated capacity to identify design, implementation and/or HR practice issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or its equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
