Job Summary

A religious organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Capital Management Software Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing high level technical directions to developers on existing and new interfaces
• Serving as a liaison between the Information Technology Department and the user community
• Leading in completing IT project management as necessary

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 10 (ten) or more years of related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of current enterprise HCM systems and technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both the IT department and the user community
• Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies required
• Fluency in English (required)
• Ability to collaborate successfully with vendors, inside the department, and within the Ministry
