Job Summary
A company that delivers workforce management solutions is filling a position for a Remote Human Capital Management Strategy Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with sales and pre-sales consultants to understand system requirements
- Working with sales and presales teams to develop and script product demonstrations
- Developing positioning statements and value decks that are specific to client needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to present to customers and prospects
- 10-12 years' experience in HR technology with management/leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in implementing HR technology as an internal stakeholder or external consultant
- Demonstrated experience influencing/advising or building the business case with executive stakeholders for HCM technology investments
- Must have experience leading HR technology evaluations as an internal project manager or external consultant/advisor
