Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Centered Design Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Championing the value of design and fostering a culture of empathy
• Directing a creative review process
• Actively participating in design leadership meetings

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required)
• 8 years experience in a Product Design, UX Design, Service Design or Design Research role
• 3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
• Expert knowledge and experience in human-centered design
• Mastery of product design, user interface and interaction design, and visual design
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.
