Job Summary
A multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Health Insights Analytics and Data Operational Excellence Financial Management Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking, managing and reporting on budget vs actuals in collaboration with Finance
- Leading Operational Management Review financial health status
- Ensuring a seamless integration of HHIAD supplier data into forecasting, budget and actual reporting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in data and analytics portfolio financial operations
- 10+ years experience delivering complex financial processes
- 8-10+ years experience developing organizational financial processes using analytics
- 8-10+ years with accruals, forecasting systems, general ledgers, invoicing, and other financial acumens
- Led a team of 5-10 people
- Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
