Job Summary

A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Advisory Services Manager.

Must be able to:

• Recommend, develop, and implement HR Advisory Services operational processes
• Review, provide input and implement employee and manager-facing knowledge content to employee relations
• Analyze case data to identify trends, themes and recommend solutions to HR Leads, Talent Consultants, and leadership

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of experience leading people
• Previous experience working in HR Operations or HR Service Center helpful
• Proven ability to maintain confidential information
