Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Analytics Senior Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating and analyzing a wide variety of data and information related to Human Resource
- Providing functional and technical support in the development and delivery of HR measurements
- Designing, developing, maintaining, and delivering key dashboards and metrics, scheduled and ad hoc reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 or more years of relevant experience related to Human Resource (HR) Data Analytics required
- Knowledge of HR processes and workflows, as well as HR technology systems required
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Dashboards is required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software required (i.e., Excel)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Knowledge of project management methodology and principles
