Job Summary
A benefit management solution provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Benefits Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide customer on industry and Benefitfocus best practices in HCM integrations.
- Gather and understand a customer’s HRIS and Payroll Integration needs
- Maintain awareness of the status of all integration related activities including Analyst progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience
- Benefits Admin/Data exchange experience
- STEM education or aptitude
- Building skills to lead meetings and internal business relationships
- Expected to lead medium to complex projects
