A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess and provide leadership development programs and interventions across the business team
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align to business strategy
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-7 years in HR related roles
- Strong consulting skills
- Understanding of Sales organizations and processes
- Proven track record of identifying and developing interventions that have contributed to the success of a business
