Job Summary

A healthcare services company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resource Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Execution of critical HR processes per compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, and more
  • Collaborating with the HR Business Partners and Business/Operations groups
  • Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, in support of HR programs and policies

Required Skills:

  • Eight to twelve years experience per knowledge and understanding of EEO laws, Affirmative Action, and Conflict Resolution
  • Must successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
  • Broad-based experience in HR per of EEO laws, Affirmative Action, and conflict resolution
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent team building skills, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results
