Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing employee relations counseling and guidance on policies and procedures to all employees and leaders
- Participating in and facilitating the development and implementation of in-house training program
- Managing succession planning and providing recommendations to managers and employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ Years of experience in Human Resources
- Expert knowledge of human resource policies, programs, practices
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Requires excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with employees and management
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact persuasively with leadership
