Job Summary
A security solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resource Business Partner Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of global HRBPs and act as a player and coach using relevant data to inform and create insight for the overall HRBP function
- Consult with line management, being a credible partner, providing guidance and influencing leaders to drive business decisions
- Analyze trends and data in partnership with the HR team, having an active voice in developing solutions and initiatives to drive result
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of HR partnership experience required, recent HRBP experience supporting pre and post-sales leadership
- 2 years’ management or mentorship experience
- Strong business and HR acumen, ability to understand business strategies and use OD, talent management, and other HR interventions
- Adept at communicating to all levels in the organization, earning trust and building credibility
- Facilitate large scale interventions for leadership development
- Ability to maximize relationships and communicate constructively
