Job Summary
A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Business Partner Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and scaling a team of HRBPs to support the business
- Demonstrating empathy and ability to lead across diversity & inclusion strategies
- Providing rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 15+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Demonstrates experience in scaling support across a several thousand-person organization
- Experience managing large team of HR Business Partners including managing people managers
- Proven experience leading complex, transformational changes
