A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Human Resource Business Partner in Greeneville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with senior HR Management
- Acting as a primary contact for team members and managers
- Ensuring that new team members complete the onboarding process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must travel to sites on an as needed basis
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in human resources field
- 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong employee relations experience required
- Focus and strong experience in Recruitment and Retention
