A real estate management company is seeking a Remote Human Resource Business Partner in Minneapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to create and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Educating and assisting managers with recruiting, pre-employment, and onboarding processes
• Posting opportunities on job boards and initiate the interviewing process with qualified applicants
