Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership
- Providing advice, assistance, and training on company policies, procedures, and practices
- Acting as a positive change agent supporting both managers and employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years HR experience in a fast paced, quickly changing and highly ambiguous environment
- Ability to facilitate and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams as well as leadership
- Capable of building and maintaining an effective and regular system of communication with a diverse and distributed workforce
- Working experience resolving complex employee relations issues
