A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resource Business Partnering Region Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior leaders across NAM & EMEA region
• Providing visibility, feedback and knowledge share with the global Employee Experience team
• Being a culture and value champion for our employees

Required Skills:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in HR Business Partnering and/or leading various HR functions
• Expertise in organizational design and effectiveness
• Ability to establish deep and trusted relationships across the organization
• Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
