Job Summary

An Internet domain registrar and web hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resource Business Partners Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a trusted and empathetic advisor to coach our leaders and our people to be effective and to grow
• Leading initiatives using strong project planning skills to land changes and improve company
• Influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data

Qualifications Include:

• Travel typically once a quarter
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least eight years of HR or relevant HR Business Partner Manager experience in high tech global company
• Demonstrated examples of exhibiting leadership and influence with peers and clients
• Broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
